The beta service
Score Monkey Live is currently a limited beta. Features may change or be unavailable, and errors may affect scoring, connections, recordings, or broadcasts. Check important scores and recordings, and keep your own backup when needed. No subscription or payment is offered on this website.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in your game content. You permit us to process and display information you submit as needed to provide the features you choose, including a public watch listing when you enable it. Only upload logos, images, audio, and video you have permission to use. Obtain any required permission from participants and venues. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your Apple and Google accounts and for keeping pairing and remote-control invitations private. Viewer links are read-only but may be forwarded. Do not attempt to access another user’s private game or disrupt the service. We may restrict access necessary to protect users and service reliability.
YouTube and other providers
YouTube features use YouTube API Services and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Apple TestFlight, iCloud, hosting services, and YouTube have their own terms and availability requirements. YouTube must permit livestreaming on your channel. We cannot guarantee that a broadcast, replay, or notification will be delivered.
Privacy and removal
See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled and how to request removal. Deleting content here does not necessarily delete independent copies in YouTube, your device, or another provider’s service.
Availability and limits
The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every event. To the extent permitted by law, WebMax, LLC is not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, incorrect scores, or lost broadcasts or recordings. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Updates
We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date identifies the version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
